Most companies, irrespective of their size and/or sector, have under performing Boards with some Boards even detracting from the company’s performance. This is rooted in suboptimal Board composition, a cursory induction process and lack of clarity on the real role of the Board leading to an unproductive Board-Management relationship.
We undertake a detailed diagnostic exercise for Boards embracing all the building blocks starting from composition. In addition to providing advice, we help implement better and healthier processes leading to improved performance levels. The process is led by our founder with experience of being on good boards and bad boards, chairing good boards and bad boards and combining public sector and private sector experience.
